As sad as I am
as angry as I get
as depressed as I feel they still need me
need me to get up get them fed dressed and give them my time and attention but days like today I'm not sure how...
I feel so outta place so not myself but my children look up to me to be their rock their hero I run to the bathroom tears rolling down my face yet they still call out for me "mom" "mommy" where are you? I take a few deep breaths wash my face then step out yes I am a mother of 5 I might add so being sad being depressed wanting so badly to lay my head down and get some rest no I am a mother a mother of 5 I can't afford to be sad to be depressed to be angry to want to sleep my life away because they need me they all need me
