She has been lost for a long time,
but nobody knew, nobody knows.
Broken for so many years,
but there she goes.
With everyone to protect her from the demons of the world,
but nobody knows she needs protection from her own soul!
She has carried so much pain and sorrows in her heart,
She doesn't know how to fight it or even start.
You see her smile endlessly,
So why can't you see when she cries internally?
Have you ever taken the time out of your busy schedule
Not to check if she is alive but to know that is living her best life?
Sometimes, all she needs is one text
and all the other little things you seem to forget.
You never understood her pain and you will never understand.
Don't get me wrong, she never expected you to come along.
However, she is here, with you she stays.
She asks herself why?
A question she will always deny
not because she doesn't want to respond,
but because she doesn't know how she will carry on.
She is searching for herself
Learning to live with all her flaws, insecurities and mistakes
So who are you to judge when you don't know how much she aches!
