I seen you, I think I saw deeper then I was meant to,
But I seen you.
I looked at you and listened to what you had to say,
Though you didnt want me to stay.
I felt the emotions you held inside you try to ignore,
And I asked for more.
I let my guard down because I could relate, tripping myself up right out of the gate.
Let confusion over myself effect how I thought you would be,
Then you let me know that it was just me.
The silence remains unbroken now as we sit amd sigh,
Watching another quiet day go by.
You helped me realize where I was and what I wasn't,
I know it all makes a difference though you tell me it doesn't.
I cant start something new without fixing what's broken still,
