you're there for them
cause at that moment they really need you
you go out your way to make sure they're safe
maybe you shouldn't care
you care anyway
it had me wondering
what are you really doing
you do for people
and halt what you are pursuing
I heard being selfless is a good thing
but it can self sabotage
when you literally give everything
