These days, I'm much more in a ventral vagal state than ever.
Bred by a sympathetic nervous system, until I decided to deactivate & shred it.
Free flowing against obsessions, only wisdom is the strength of my defenses.
The omens of society can't steal this moment of sobriety & I'm defenseless.
Throughout the course of my life I felt dorsal..
..Vagal shutdown & forced to..
..Own the consequences.
Until I couldn't be endorsed, it got so worse, coerced against common senses.
It is important to frequently self assess autonomically.
The world's a stage where you don't want to be front & center, then bomb atomically.
Every poem is a psalm, like inscription on the palm of hands to see.
Every bar is a tarot card, hand you the entire deck to read.
An abundance of root chakra meditations, preparation for a day supreme.
Every want & need attracted, in want of nothing, conveyed by the serene.
