He was outside doing the garden when suddenly he had a heart attack.
He got rushed to hospital his wife called out jack.
Lexi cried a tear when she saw her jack laying in that bed.
She heard the new what happened and dread.
Lexi loved jack so much she would do anything for him.
She found out hes got 1 week to live she then fell on her limb.
He awoke and called out to Lexi, she looked at him and shed a tear.
She whispers in his ear saying everything will be okay.
Lexi told the doctor shes ready for surgery and wants her husband to be alive.
Five hours later and surgery was a success lexi died while jack lives on.
He woke up yelling lexi but then realized shes not here doctors told him lexi will always be in your heart forever.
Doctors said sir you okay jack said yes now I'll be feels like my life was a blur.
The day of her funeral he thanked her for her heart and shed a tear. Oh my sweet dear I'll miss you always and forever.
