My best girl and friend
Talking on phone from dawn to dusk
Making wishes with no boundaries
Always promising a wonderful memory
Regardless of the obstacles that we face
'My heart is yours always' she said
My heart couldn't take the joy
Of her being the one for me.
Then the times of love disappeared
Just when I was sinking into the feeling
My mind made me think I was dreaming
So I started to start nothing but wishing
Hoping that it'll be real and true
Her being my wanted love
But it wasn't a dream
She found a new cute guy
She's following his looks and wealth
I won't and can't blame her
But I just thank goodness I didn't sink in
Now I'm just me waiting for another day.
