Nobody had seen this little girl, walking across the road.
She is hiding out from all her monsters, I am told.
The story that I heard of her, was not to my surprise.
Her past she Carries, in her mind, along with these alibis.
Some have said that she walks beside the dead.
I never heard of that, the unholy and the wed.
lift up the covers from her unmade checkered bed.
The voices may get more frightening living in her head.
Now I believe that sometimes you can understand what she's been through.
This little girl, dancing among the shadows that are very few.
Now if you hear the laughter amongst the stone cold walls.
Never underestimate the little girl, who took it all.
She survived, the deadliest night, and never did she fall.
She survived, amongst those stone cold walls.
