T

shes never alone

Time became priceless
Every day, the clock ticked
The sounds drove her crazy
She tapped the wall to break the silence, maybe to set the demons free.
She's been living in that place much to long.
But where else will she belong.
The only friend in there was a ghost, haunting the place, I suppose.
Every day was a new day in her mind.
She lost herself on a cold rainy day while her eyes lost its sight, she became blind.
The laughing sounds were echoes from behind.
She became her own nightmare, her eyes had lost its shine.
Longing for some company, she turns towards her ghostly friend.
He is not really there, just an empty wheelchair, she whispers his name again.
Fading away from her absence
Her mind travels in silence.
She looks out of the window and on to the road once held her home.
Looks on to the chair, and for that moment realized she was really alone.
