Soft shadows of the sky
Where the sun stays concealed
The breeze draws heavy feelings
Misty rain is freeingÂ
Raindrops fold the strength
Replacing the rays with blues.
Rain softens the walk
Sobbing under umbrellas
Alongside the sad sky— we've cried
We're clothed with hazy days
But always —the sun rises back
So be a light and shine back.
