Should've put myself first

Should've put myself first
Should've gave myself space to breath
Because I've always put you first , above my own needs
I'm suffocating, I can't breath
All I see is black, white is no where to be seen
I should've put myself first, I should've gave myself space to breath
Under all the rubble , I can't seem to find my soul underneath
Feels like my identity is fading
Now I'm just another women, craving love, attention and affection
You got so caught up in your own distractions
You couldn't see underneath I was crashing
Gave my all to you for years, put so much time and energy into your fears, but still, you couldn't see my heart also yearns
Do you even care ?
Or is this just another mountain I'll have to bear ?
