It is a voice..it has
NO words,
NO noise,
But it has
Emotion,
Inner Quiet,
I purview,
"Words are there, Noise are also there"
But, "Silence has no words then no noise"
Silence works also,

it's DEEP notes,
it's SOUL silence,
I believe,
"Something it can happen then Noise doesn't work,
