a silent voice can mean many things,
for some it means acceptance,
it may also mean reluctance,
it also states that the mind is thinking,
but it doesn't mean ignorance,
neither does it states weakness,
rather it shows ones personality
of adaptability to certain situations,
afterall a silent voice can speak a thousand words,
which even spoken words cannot express.
