Do you remember the first time you saw her?
A chocolate cake she was
And when she saw you
you got her melting and dripping into the ground.
You picked her up, off you went with her to your Willy Wonka factory.
You moulded her back with vanilla, honey and caramel to make her taste sweeter than red wine.
Not taste of the tongue but taste of the soul.
You made her whole again.
But this time it was different.
'Cos each time you left she felt empty. For you had intentionally misplaced her heart next to yours
Promised her a forever in a world where life itself was temporary.
Do you remember?
