When a man he gazes upon
Silver, glowing, magnificent dawn-
The man cannot help but forget
All the strangers he had met;
All the troubles of gone by life-
Death to heartache; pain to strife.
All guilt- all pain-Is left behind
In the world, and of his time-
His troubles they are all but gone
When looking to the silver dawn.
And even when the man is sleeping-
And silver dawn is yet repeating;
It leaves the man still weeping, weeping.
