I look at myself in the mirror and never liked what I saw.
Every shattered piece of me is bare and exposed for all to see even all my painful flaws.
My beauty is my soul..
Damaged skins, that took its toll.
Layer by layer I scrape at my skins.
To love myself, I don't know where to begin.
Sometimes I feel ugly but that is to be said.
With negative thoughts bouncing in my head.
I look at these beautiful women walking down the street.
And wish to myself that would be me.
The skins on our body is only one part of who we are.
But it connects all our broken scars.
Looking back I wonder how I got to be like this.
If only there was something I didn't miss.
Walking in somebody else's shoes would be so great.
But then these skins would not be mine and then the numbers I wouldn't rate.
I just got to start loving my skins and all.
I got to start breaking down each painful wall.
