Trying to be selective
To find people like me
Sometimes it's deceptive
Some things we don't see
So I turn through time
Like a cute word game
All that I thought I knew
Wasn't always true
Some came like sheep
With beastly hearts
The friends we keep
Can tear us apart
Small circles are best
It easy to fail the test
So they pace careful
And try to stay truthful
