Witch like eyes ,
scream at me.
Compelling me to believe ,
your smile.
Sweet , kind and happy -
hiding unimaginable evil.
Unknowingly,
I allow it to lure me in.
The closer I get ,
I feel the end is near.
A piercing pain :
silence.
Your smile turns into a scowl.
your eyes the same.
Stabbing me in the back ,
your game all along.
Dropping me to the ground ,
you move to your next victim -
smile locked and loaded.
I might of seen it coming ,
but I never knew how it would feel.
Now ,
I know -
the eyes can't hide what a smile can.
I smile.
