Smile

At one point in time, I lost my ability to smile, I had bells palsy. It paralysed half my face, I was not a sight to gaze at, for no grace was shown upon me, muscles refused to cooperate with my brain. Most times they'de just lie there and decoration my face
I ran from the mirror
I'de joke about difiguring it was but inside I was dying to have the simplest ability back, it was to smile.
I was thrown into an antibiotical/steroid treatment plan immediately after it worsened and my face drooped. Now I swear to GOD to smile, even if it was a a bulkhead or the floor or the seas crashing up against the bullwark. I still smile and each time I do, I take a deep breath and thank God for restoring what seemed an unimportant factor of life that spun around to be.
Smile, do not waste your time frowning at things. You only live life once. Live it the best way you can 💞✌
