Snow falls

Snow falls

From above coating the Earth like a blanket,

Roll it up in small and large forms,

Small for a game,

large to build a man of snow,

Every flake has its own design,

Knowing that with only a few degrees difference it's gone within the blink of an eye,

fiiling all children even adults with child like hearts with the wonder and joy,

plows ride through the streets pushing through the white fluff,

fastly clearing off the road so all the vehicles will have safe travels,

Smiles from ear to ear knowing that school may be cancelled

that parents may also have a snow day

Hot cocoa and soup for lunch as we come back inside and try to quickly warmup after a day filled with laughing, playing, sledding and fun.
