Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs~
Once upon a time,
a princess named Snow White lived in a castle with her father, the King, and her mother, the Queen.
Her father had always said unto his daughter that one must be absolute with thy rule. He said;
“People come thus near and far for judgement. I am the ruler to make every divine decision. With out our rule this my kingdom will fall.”
Snow White’s mother, feared daily for her king. Every chance she got, she went to her magic mirror.
“Mirror, mirror, on the wall,” said the Queen. “How shall our kingdom fall?”
Through the of years every attempt on the kingdom failed due to this prediction,
but one day the answer struck the Queen down to the depth of her heart.
“Snow White shall be your kingdoms fall”, said the Magic Mirror upon the wall.
“What?!” yelled the Queen in disbelief. “This cant be right at all!
“Mirror, mirror, on the wall,” said the Queen again. “How shall our kingdom fall?"
“Snow White shall be your kingdoms fall” said again the Magic Mirror upon the wall.
"Her innocence shall be why you loose it all"
The Queen pondered every decision she could imagine.
"How could our beloved princess be our downfall”
Standing before the courts pondering each and every thought.
“Snow White shall be our downfall” echoed the memory of the Magic Mirror.
Knowing the truth would seal her daughters fate
“What do you know, what has the mirror predicted!” roared the crowd.
Before a word could be spoke a whisper swept the town
--Snow White shall be your fall she shall be why you loose it all
The Queen standing speechless bound to each whisper
knew she had no choice but to serve her kingdom
She made an oath against her will
"I Queen White shall remedy this upon the nights end"
The Queen called upon her servant, a huntsman. “Find a heart of a boar and ashes pure as snow, thus I shall venture alone this night to the woods,” she said
pointing her long finger at the servant. “Mention not this to a soul of your family shall pay the toll.”
The huntsman was shocked!
"But she was the Queen, and what could he do? "
That very night the Queen took Snow White in secrecy into the woods.
As she drew her knife,
Snow White turned around.
“Look,” the Queen said, taking something out of her pocket.
“I love you endlessly but,” She held in front of her a scroll. “No-one will ever recognize you again my angel” she said.
“This is the only way.” as the Queen took a cut of Snow Whites golden hair.
“Snow White,” said the Queen. “This is the only way I can save your life!”
“What will come of me?” asked Snow White.
The queen dropped to her knees reading the scroll aloud
“ Twisting reality to distort every whim;
I submit her to your illusions grin”, each word glowing red with fire as spoke to thought
"Give her anew face, memories, and more; For this a submit to any price you score"
Snow White collapsed to the forest floor feeling suddenly faint.“No mother dont....”
With the last word spoke the scroll fell to dust encasing Snow White in a misty cocoon
Struck with distress the Queen knew she did what she had to do to save her daughters life.
The Queen retreated without giving even a backwards glance
Snow White woke alone and in the woods. Not a memory of her past could come to mind.
It was getting dark, "How long have I been laying here?" She asked herself
Suddenly from the distance the wolves were start to howl.
She tipped her brow and through blurred sight could see a hut past some trees.
Crawling to a knee then a gallop of a stir, her vision a blur she pushed to the hut.
Tall tree branches seemed to reach down to the very ground to grab her.
Branched claws reach out and scratch, bleeding and scaring. Yet she pushed on and on.
"Who was living so deep in these woods?" She stepped up close and saw that it was a cottage. Yet no sound came from within the cottage, only light from the windows.
“Hello?” she said, tapping softly on the door. “Hello?” No answer.
The door was already a little ajar. Thus she opened it some more and stepped in.
“Hello, is anyone home?” She looked around. What a mess! Noticing small weapons and armor thrown along the floor.
“I have little choice Ill be gone before noticed,” she thought.
“There are beasts out tonight. Maybe if I clean up around here, I can earn my keep.”
As she cleaned, she tried to recall her past. Not a memory could come to mind but her name.
