P

Somniferous

a nocturnal husk, dark and grim.
Reappears to wrest the soul,
thus, a due loan.
Behind the masks of dusk, transpires an ethernal dawn
That binds the romping mind
with wires rife
and Lets the Ciphers unwind;
blank to bleak
But sleep,
i have never known.
For what creature tasteful of life,
Weeps the furtive silence of slumber?
How many nights gone has it been ?
Profuse or none, rewind then remind
In order, we remember.
Quiet reigns over pandemonium
Once again...
All is left on hold, for the last time
He turns in his bed, still as a pantomime
And that is the end, of a lifeless rhyme
