Took a walk in the woods today,
rested easily, before I made my way.
Couldn't help but stare at this little bird that was watching me.
So I tried to set it free.
It would not leave,
I felt pretty safe, or at least it wanted me to be.
This little bird must have been you, safe Is what I felt to.
Before you passed away,
You had so much to say.
You told me not to worry, because you will be watching over me.
And you know what, for the first time, i believe.
So if ever a miracle happens in your life.
Breathe easily, because sorrow watches over strife.
I know we had a lot of plans,
It's not my fault that jesus felt your pain and reached out his hand.
