As the River cuts it course
I marvel at the sound of the Water
Sitting on the edge of the Bank
Throwing Pebbles just to hear a 'Plonk'
Each Pebble Creating a ripple
Mind soothing
Splashing Water as l walk in shallow Waters
Aaah ....Such calming feeling
The icy cold Water
Massaging my Feet as it runs down it's path
Endless chirping of the Birds
Sound of the Heron from afar
Such deep happiness engulfs my Soul
I finally fnd Peace
