I've done many things to my body
Used booze, LSD, coke, and Meath
I tried suicides bumpy road
Always seeking a quick death,
Now I'm traversing a valley
With a pair of footsteps neath me
I am carried by my creator
Who gave me this precious life,
This valley holds many a memory
With each footstep I relive
With each footstep I seek to be foregiven
Another chance to relive my life
On a more faithful solid ground,
The time and distance matters not
Be the journey cold or hot
Whether the journey take a lifetime
The choice was alone mine.
