This world is full of evil and terrible things,
Like terrorism, racism and sex trafficking rings,
Theres alot out there that we wish didnt exist,
If i was to name them all that would be a very long list,
I hate the pain and suffering that people inflict on others,
The darkness grows bigger and the light they try to smother,
But we cant let all these horrible things control or define us in any way,
Yes the darkness is scary but its not here to stay,
Change is hard but can also be good,
I can't promise it will be easy i wish i could,
The more we fight back the closer the light draws in,
If we all stand together in battle then we will most definitely win,
There's strength in numbers and endless paths to walk,
Even if you have to run, bike, sail or climb a beanstalk,
Make sure you never ever let go of that rope,
Always be kind and always have hope.
