Stay Strong They Say

Stay strong," they say, for your children's sake, But who will be there for your heart to mend and make?
In the storm of life, when the winds blow wild, Who'll be the one to comfort the inner child?
With a love so deep, you've carried the load, For little hearts that in your care have flowed. But remember, dear soul, you need love too, To find your strength, and your spirit renew.
Seek solace in friends, in the bonds that bind, Let your own heart heal, unwind, and find The strength that lies
For staying strong for yourself, you'll renew.
Your children, they'll see the strength you've found, And it will be a beacon, a love unbound.
But for now, be gentle, let yourself be free, For you are worthy of love and strength, you see.
