Hearts of angels, so innocent and sweet,
Eyes of their mother, little bodies so petite.
The father is on empty, don't know what he had,
I'll proudly take the label, as the step-in-dad.
Mother's life in a hurry, addiction just to cope,
She got her life together, now it's full of Hope.
Anybody can be a father, takes a man to be a dad,
I'll magnify everything, and be the step-in-dad.

She wanted him to be a daddy, he took the other train,
