I held on to the pain
Befriended bitterness
I was surely going insain
I couldn't find peace
I walk around aimlessly
And hated everyone
Unaware that it was me
I had to release what's gone
It took me a while
To see my own smile
I had to change the game
Or else it'd be the same
Some things are broken
Some words are unspoken
But if I can't find a way
To fix or say, it's still okay
