Why are we afraid to stop?
Because people leave, because silence is scary, because a crowded room leaves you with a headache... But an empty one leaves you with your own thoughts.
Why are we afraid to stop?
Because running is more gratifying than walking, because talking is healthier than keeping things locked up, and we are all terrified of being anything less than a stereotype.
Skinny boys and skinnier girls, starving themselves, carving themselves, until there's nothing left but a walking picture frame that people can do whatever they want to.
But, I don't want that for you.
You don't have to please everybody, your body is your own. If you ruled a kingdom, no one else would sit on your throne, right?
You don't have to fight.
You don't have to be afraid to stop.
