Every single being,is born of a man and a woman
But not every single kid has a daddy and a mummy,
Cause parenting,is a different thing altogether unlike siring that takes a fuck away to achieve.
When singlehood manifests,and a child has no choice...
It's a simple thing,they have to grow with one arm on hold
And the other swaying free facing the harsh world.
They have to grow,and grow as far as their single hand can manage
But,see,the society is cruel on the life of the kids
They say they lack character,they say their morals questionable
Believe me,this I know,is all a perception
Is all a branding,is just a lame cliche that has stuck in us
That they end up bad
The kids lack a father figure,some lack a mother figure
They have to find a missing link to fill the gaping hole in their lives...
As the parent struggles to bring the best in the kid,the society is building a brand instead of building a bridge to close the missing link
Is all cruel and inhumane.
Bringing up a child is like planting a seedling
Must be prunned, weeded, trimmed and watered...
Is not a single handed effort
See,the same critic society,is the one with the power of changing the story
And the blame placed on the single trying parents,and their kids...
Is unwarranted..is all a bad,no,is the worst form of criticism
Is like blaming a tree when it dries,
And we are responsible for the watering to make it flourish
A change of mind is called for
A call for responsibility and understanding is demanded
And society's responsibility needed
To lift off the blame,and instill a better game
Stop the harsh treatment,and pick the role
Help the parents raise them well,
Help the kids grow instead,and make them great
For a parent is not with the child,but is for the child.
