I was drizzle
She was a hurricane
Together we were a storm
With a faceless mask of happiness
Gracefully aging into something beautiful
We seeked to devour
Our souls hungry and entwined
There was no reason
To brave the demons alone
Until we were no longer lights in each other's dark paths
And the hurricane destroyed everything that got close to it
