So consumed by hatred and arrogance,
I worked to make myself better than those around me, trying to be unlike those I see.
Alone, I lived, believing that that was when I was my best self,
Left to my own thoughts, to perceive rather than judge.
It does not matter of a person's intelligence
It does not matter of a person's passions
It does not matter of a person's
purpose
You must grow to understand that there is good and reason in everyone.
In my wake, I have learnt of selflessness. Most people will not know the sacrafices you make, but they will never need to.
Despite whether you are alone or not, I have come to realise,
People need each other,
Everyone is stronger together,
We are all we have.
