That summer I remember those words so clear.
You asked me out of fear.
Tens years later, you have a child but the woman you married never was able to settle down.
Out of fear you asked her to marry you like you did to me, you changed her life around.
I look at you, you are not happy anymore.
Those eyes that used to smile, frown until they are sore.
We always have summer of 2000 to smile about.
We loved each other the best way we could, no doubt.
These were our memories to share together.
These were our memories that would stay in our hearts forever.
