She is the sun,
Warm and yellow,
Seasons upon seasons she stares below
With her thousand rays fall upon the days
The white stormy mountains
And snow, snow, snow!
The giant gold of mass smiled ever so
Arching her lips to her gaping globe
And when the cold wind roars,
And the snow rock 'n rolls in the uproar,
Her light plunges down, down below
Melting even the piercing fortress of woe
And the fading dazzle and darkest lights
Be hither on doleful December nights
She carves the shadows through moonlight
Like Moises parting the red sea
She wasn't the worst looker
She was not as mesmerizing as the snow either
And she definitely wasn't the most beautiful night view
For she was the star of the night.
