(support our police)

Do you realize what our job consists off,
each and every day,
do you see the issues and the abuse we take
along the way.
we do our best to protect the public, and we always
do our very best.
What we put up on a daily basis would shock you
we are sworn and and spat on,no respect sometimes
given at all.
we work on the front line to protect you all,
Our job is not easy, but rise to it we must do,
and face each challenge with understanding,
and we are not judgemental too.
Sadly these days, the respect for the police has gone
from not all of us ,
but the ones who never listen, after being given chance
after chance.
They are human too,and family of there own,
and they have there struggles too,to deal with
and yet they are all still here to protect you.
please do not take them for granted, treat them
with respect as our mothers and fathers when
we were young, this was always told to us,
these were rules you were made to live with, and
we did.
I v have written endless poems to support all
workers on the front line, including hospitals, food
banks and key workers working the front line.
The endless tiring hours our police do for us,
the endless documentation, that has to be completed
is a endless task.
So please learn to respect they deserve,as they
really do work so hard to protect you.
So perhaps instead of verbally abusing them and
acting like some do.
Please try and take on board what a very important
job they do.
I have nothing but pride and administration,
for all the hard work they do,and perhaps next
time you see one, try telling them that too.
Show them that no matter how hard there day
or night has been,
That we have full belief in them and how proud
we are with them you see,as a kind few words
can go a long way.
They may be in a uniform and see some very traumatic
sights, then have to return home to there loved ones
with horrible memories of there shift that day or night,
To adjust to being a husband, wife,or son or daughter,
and also stay strong for them, this has got to be so
hard, but sadly some of the public do not see it in this
light.
Even if it's a nice smile or a quick thank you for there
time, also makes a difference as they are working on
the front line.
As in your eyes all your eyes perceives,is a police officer,
stood in front of you,but try to always remember they are
human too.
So I would like to thank them all,for the job that they do
as everyday they leave there homes there loved ones
worry too.
So please if you can, show them that you care, and give
them the respect that they truly deserve.
Officers have lost there lives, protected us,and this
is the very least we can give back.
So instead of throwing abuse, look in there face
and see ,it's still a human being who hurts and
gets upset just like you and me.
Be supportive, and be proud of our North Wales
police. As the job they do for all of us, to help
and protect and support us,most of would be lost
without out them , Because the will always be our
nights in shining armour, when everything goes wrong.
So my poem to North Wales police is just to say
a massive thank you, your lives on the line with
(covid 19) yet again you are working on the front
line. You may not hear it often enough, but you are
always appreciated and looked up too,
as not many could do the job you do.
No matter what ever is thrown at you ,you are always
here for others, and do your job so well.
and this is one big special thank you to you
all ,with the such difficult job to do.
I hope it brings a smile and lightens a hard shift,
as,you will always be front line workers,
and just want you to know, your hard work
means so much from our community in
everything you do.
So now your twelve hour shift is over,go home
feeling proud,of protecting our community,
As we are blessed to have you, to keep us safe
and sound,it takes some very extra people like
you,I just thought it would be nice for you to
hear some positivity too.
we are so proud of our police force, that keeps
law and order, no matter how hard it gets,
so to all in north Wales police I wish you the
very best .
