Born with abnormal blood cells
My generic make up was not my choice
If it was mine to decide, I'll choose to live pain free
I survived it from the womb
I know I'm here to stay.
The memories of the suffering is terrible
Pains in itself is unbearable
My body is strong enough
I will await the healing.
I will survive this war against my body
Seems more like an invisible battle
Yet there's record of previous victories.
Am not in this alone
We're many for whom miracles will atone
It's not over until I win.
I am a survivor
For the one who's watching me is greater than the pains
He's Almighty and glory is his gains
The miracle of my healing
To me it's now revealing
I am a survivor
I'm rest assured in his power
I will definitely survive.
