Life here is pain and suffering
Death is Tebhaga Ghar
.
Fresh sunshine on the dead coffin
Bol Hari Haribol
Khai dey loot
.
This is the pain here
And with the passing of the day
I am playing the Gollachut
.
[ N. B -
1. The Bengali myth "Tebhaga Ghar" means Life has three houses-
one for childhood, second for youth, other is oldage.
2. In Hindu religion, on the way to take the dead man to crematory(burning ground) , everyone says "Bol Hari Haribol" & scatters Khai (small food made from rice) on the road.
3. The myth "Gollachhut" is childrens' play.
