Taking a moment

Sometimes I pause what I'm doing

I take a moment to bask in bliss

Often I get lost in my head with you

My brain stops for a quick second

Only pictures of you enter my mind

I smile and fill with pure contentment

Once in a while it begins to taunt me

So close to you , but still seems far

Thoughts replay in between my ears

In my fantasies and dreams you're the star

Inside my head its like a demolition derby

Vibrations and rumbling , bang then boom

Beside you is where I would like to be

With you day and night completely
