I use to take life for granted
I wanted to do my own thing
Until I was branded
And lost everything
Getting back is hard
Not knowing where to start
And it's even sadder
When you lost heart
It's like throwing in the towel
Doing things against your will
Not sure what's your mission
Coz you're having tunnel vision
Darkness is all around
Your feet barely touch the ground
In your heart you pray for change
Coz being down and out feel strange
