TEARS OF THE PEOPLE
Tears are flowing
People:Emotionally drowning
The violence is escalating
Because the pain is not stopping.
Mothers are crying
Because their children are dying
Everyday people weep
Because the pain is so deep.
People are running helter-Skelter
There's real fire on the mountain
Some are stranded and nowhere to enter.
Killings here and there
No more safe place to hide
Gunshots from nowhere
There's no more peace of mind.
My ears is filled with cries
Of those who have lost their loved ones.
No joy; all homely faces are frowned
Everyone is emotionally down.
Who will mourn and bury those who died?
Who will console the mothers who have lost their child?
Who will stop these blood rain?
Who will take away all these pain?
