Tell Me

Remember when We had no shame
To live half, maybe more than half
of Our lives in the Dream
As if slowly, Our souls got Transponded here
Through A Storyteller's subtle embrace and clever intention
If not that Master Story Teller from the Nether,
Then how else can I possibly explain it
To have, by some miracle of a chance, been born in such a family so full of love and meaning
With paradise in view always
And forgiveness × the infinite
How could I ever have deserved such a wonderful life with You All
And yet, here it is
And it feels like some sick joke now, to see it all fading
Tell Me, Story Teller
Hasn't there got to be a way
To bypass this illusive ring
That I shouldn't have to see them grow old and pass away before Me...
Or I before Them...
Tell Me; there's got to be a Way
I can't lose these memories
Not of Them
Not These Ones
They mean more to Me than a paradise
They mean more to Me than life itself
So if You must take it all from Me, then this time, make it count!
Take My life, and don't ever give it back
I will refuse it each and every time anyhow
If You don't bring them along with Me
This family...
These memories
My hopes, and ambitions I fought all this time and hell for
Tell Me it's all part of some play
And I was just so stupid, by some freak accident, that I bumped my head and forgot how the Play began
Tell Me it's a lie
A sick joke You play on Us when
Ur bored, in all Ur eons of time in the Void
Tell Me this All isn't just some accident, out of Ur reach and Mine
To do anything at all with, if We could
Tell Me Ur capable of more than that...
Tell Me U want to
Tell Me U want this kind of love I am meaning, just as much as I do!
Tell Me It's what U were search for too, since before time began
Tell Me something dear Lord,
Friend, or Foe
... Or My Other ...
But do not leave Us hanging upon the Nothing
and NoHow
And not tell Me
That there's nothing I can't do
...
Because,
If U won't,
I Am
Causing It
To Become
