Sparkles in the belly of the lake
Cracks of cement from broken hearts
walk to the edge to get a closer look
Fear is non-existent
Fish jump for joy reaching the clear skies
Birds chirp their love songs
Rays of the sun wave to you
A tired boat sits idle from chasing his love around the world
Sweet honey suckles on a hot day
Pull the stem with tender care
It breaks
The light dims
The wind roars through your ears
Every flower turns its face
Waves consume the fish
cracks start to crumble beneath you
Run, run back
Dust fills your lungs
Leap to higher ground, dont miss
The birds beat you to it
Fear grabs your throat
Jump!
