I'm not the one
to hold shut your fetter
I appreciate all
of your kindness and love
Im thankful for
things that came from above
But, I won't be with you
out of obligation
When you can be free
And encourage our nation
I'll never be
Good enough to influence
A difference in someone
for love's great renewence
I just always loved
everything with all truth
Every since I was young
in the days of my youth
I know who God is
I've met Him before
I'll always wait for Jesus
to let me in His door
Though I'm not good enough
for the world you see
God says I'm good enough
His heart's grace calls to me
He wants us all
to join Him
To His promise
of life everlasting
It's better I stay single
and you find another
That in which you can
help our sisters and brothers
Please, end this nonsense
that shouldn't be on me
I am not part of this world
I can never be
Too much time
has passed away
Too much time wasted
without gain from the day
You deserve so much
better than me
You deserve a Godly woman
Good with people can't you see
Nothing is an accidental
being in God's purpose and will
Though our time is over
You have work for Him still
Gather His people
from one end to the other
Sharing God's plan
showing love to one another
