Death is the fear
That all men dread,
Savages, monsters
Even the dead
For death is not the end of the beginning
But the beginning of the end
There is no wisdom beyond the grave,
Supreme beings reign in the heavens
And men ruled the earth
But who governs the land of the dead?
It's not the pain that killed the soul
It the nightmare of what lies in the ground,
That tears the spirit
And keeps the bones trapped
In void and darkness
That covered the surface of the earth
Before the first man
For death is not the end of the beginning
But the beginning of the end
There is no wisdom beyond the grave
