The best person I've known
The most caring I've seen
Raised four children on her own
The bravest woman there's been
She was tough like leather
Strong in all senses of the word
She was no bigger than a feather
But not afraid to flip you the bird
She loved her kids so very much
Always putting the children first
Giving up quite a bit for all of us
To feed us and help with our thirst
She has been through trying times
Difficult and emotional incidents
She came out scarred, but fine
A better person from the events
You will be remembered by us all
Losing you it teared us right in parts
Forever cherished , we hear you call
Keeping a part of you in our hearts
It was a year ago last week
we lost you....sadly you're gone ..
But never forgotten....
