A fractured dream, it softly stayed,
As morning's light, my sleep betrayed,
I closed my eyes, its chase essayed.
But then the raindrops, gently fell,
A cooling breath, a magic spell,
Across the air, a story tell.
A silent hymn began to rise,
Within my mind, before my eyes,
My weary soul, to slumber flies.
Back to the realm where dreams reside,
Where weary thoughts can softly glide,
