crankshaft and camshaft go in the engine block timed together like clock along with the rods, pistons valves guides valve springs piston rings bearings. now the head or heads and head bolts, timing chain, timing gears, and head gaskets making sure all clearances timing marks torque specs and set and moving on to the next.. crankshaft pulley ,belts ,water pump ,oil sump, power steering pump, Ac compressor, alternator or generator and voltage regulator. then the carburetor ,fly wheel ,starter and battery all bolted to motor mounts, transmission ,transmission mounts, attached to the frame all are close to the same so moving on a drive shaft to the transmission and back to the drive axle, leaf springs, shocks and other things . things like rims with tires and lug nuts to secure wheel assembly to axle to suspension to frame to car body. and in case you didn't miss it there's the steering wheel steering shaft to steering box to tie rods to steering knuckles to front a arms to springs and shocks. front wheels brake calipers brake pads, and rotors oh yeah I guess I forgot the rear brake drums, brake cylinders, bleeders, lines, adjusters and brake shoes . back to the front next is front wheel bearings and anti sway bar.... ok I'm very over writing about this stupid car that didn't go far. it's still missing lots of parts and smells like old booze and rotten pop tarts with old fat guy farts. lol 🚘
