We have fought many battles you and I
Some were vain and others for others
Remember the ones we won
Either by soldiering on or giving up
Remember the ones we lost the same way
Most important were within this dwelling
It constantly threarens to capsize me
But we have no other
We have fought for minutes, hours even months
This dwelling that was assigned to us
Always trying to evict us
But there is more of us than one dwelling
So I remember the ones we win
Consciously forget the ones we loose
Is that not the war this dwelling has waged upon us?
