The little boy watched his town suffer
Suffer the consequences of war
He made a vow with himself
That as soon as he was eighteen
He would enlist for the army
That little boy soon became a young man
Clad in the camo uniform of the soldiers
He was sent to the warfront with his comrades
Running from bullets and grenades
Trying to cover his comrades' backs
Now the war's over but not without its consequences
The young man has lost his innocence
He dreams of grenades, fighter jets and injured comrades
The doctors say he has PTSD
He just feels guilty for surviving when his friends didn't.
